Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 1/2022: Justering af guidance for regnskabsåret 2021/22.
Baggrund
Baseret på den positive udvikling i nye kontrakter på softwareløsninger i andet halvår af regnskabsåret, kombineret med en fortsat stærk pipeline på vores SaaS, justeres den finansielle guidance for regnskabsåret 2021/22.
Guidance i highlights for regnskabsåret 2021/22:
Omsætningsvækst på op mod 200% på SaaS i forhold til 2020/21.
ARR-vækst på op til 125% i forhold til 2020/21.
Omsætningsvækst på dataanalyser på op mod 40% i forhold til 2020/21.
Omsætning fastholdes på DKK 25-30 mio.
EBITDA fastholdes på DKK 2-7 mio.

’’Det strategiske fokus på SaaS forretningsbenet giver pote, og der er fortsat rigeligt plads til vækst også de kommende år i vores primære marked. Vi skal dog samtidig have salget af Dataanalyser tilbage på tidligere niveau.’’

Company announcement no. 1/2022: Adjustment of guidance for financial year 2021/22.
Background
Based on the positive development in new contracts on software in the second half of the financial year, combined with a continued strong pipeline on SaaS, the Financial Guidance is adjusted.
Financial guidance in highlights for the financial year 2021/22:
Revenue growth of up to 200% on SaaS compared to 2020/21.
ARR growth of up to 125% compared to 2020/21.
Revenue growth on data analyzes of up to 40% compared to 2020/21.
Revenue is maintained at DKK 25-30 mio.
EBITDA is maintained at DKK 2-7 mio.

“The strategic focus on SaaS is paying off, and there is still plenty of room for growth in the coming years in our primary market. It is great to see how the strategy unfolds – and how the collaboration between Dataproces and our customers all comes together. However, we need to up the sales of Data Analyzes, similar to earlier levels.”
