Dataproces opjusterer guidance for omsætning, EBITDA og EBIT i regnskabsåret 2024/25.
Guidance på omsætning opjusteres til DKK 35-40 mio. (tidligere DKK 33-38 mio.), på EBITDA til DKK 12-16 mio. (tidligere DKK 10-14 mio) og på EBIT til DKK 4-6 mio (tidligere DKK 2-4 mio). Guidance for væksten i Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) fastholdes på de tidligere udmeldte 30-40% vækst i forhold til 2023/24.
CEO Michael Binderup udtaler: Resultaterne af vores salgsindsats i starten af regnskabsåret har været rigtig gode. Og på Dataanalyse området har den været bedre end vi havde forventet ved indgangen til regnskabsåret. Dels har vores salg af analyser været bedre end forventet og dels så har resultaterne af de gennemførte analyser været bedre end vi oprindeligt havde skønnet. Derfor forventer vi nu en omsætning, der er DKK 2 mio. højere end oprindeligt guidet. Da denne vækst i stor grad er motiveret af en ekstra vækst i Dataanalyser, har vi dog fastholdt spændet i vores guidance, da resultaterne af Dataanalyser – og dermed det succes-fee vi kan opnå og kommunernes udkomme af dem – i sagens natur ikke kan kendes før Dataanalyserne er endeligt gennemført.
Vores omkostningsstyring fungerer også fortsat rigtigt godt, hvorfor justering af guidance på omsætningsniveauet slår igennem direkte på såvel EBITDA og EBIT. Vi har ikke øgede omkostninger som følge af vores øgede omsætning. Vi er meget stolte af, at vi fortsat kan fastholde vores omkostninger på samme niveau trods øget omsætning.
Derfor opjusterer vi vores guidance for Omsætning, EBITDA og EBIT med samme niveau. Salget af Softwareløsninger går også rigtigt godt og efter vores planer, hvorfor vi fastholder vores guidance for vores vækst i vores Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) .

Company announcement no. 19/2024: Adjustment of guidance for the financial year 2024/25.

Dataproces upgrades guidance for revenue, EBITDA and EBIT in the financial year 2024/25.
Guidance on revenue is adjusted upwards to DKK 35-40 million (previously DKK 33-38 million), on EBITDA to DKK 12-16 million (previously DKK 10-14 million) and on EBIT to DKK 4-6 million (previously DKK 2-4 million). Guidance for growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is maintained at the previously announced 30-40% growth in relation to 2023/24.
CEO Michael Binderup states:The results of our sales efforts at the start of the financial year have been very good. And in the Dataanalysis area, it has been better than we had expected at the start of the financial year. Partly our sales of analyzes have been better than expected and partly the results of the analyzes carried out have been better than we had originally estimated. Therefore, we now expect a turnover of DKK 2 million. higher than originally guided. Since this growth is largely motivated by additional growth in Dataanalysis, we have however maintained the range in our guidance, as the results of Dataanalysis – and thus the success fee we can achieve and the municipalities’ outcome from them – cannot, by the nature of the matter, be known before the data analyzes are finally completed.
Our cost management also continues to work very well, which is why adjusting guidance on the revenue level has a direct effect on both EBITDA and EBIT. We do not have increased costs as a result of our increased turnover. We are very proud that we can continue to maintain our costs at the same level despite increased turnover.
We are therefore upgrading our guidance for Revenue, EBITDA and EBIT with the same range. The sale of Software solutions is also going really well and according to our plans, which is why we maintain our guidance for our growth in our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
