Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 13/2022, intern viden: Justering af guidance for regnskabsåret 2022/23.
Dataproces nedjusterer guidance for omsætning og EBITDA i regnskabsåret 2022/23. Guidance på omsætning ændres til DKK 21,4-25 mio. (tidligere DKK 31-36 mio.) og på EBITDA til DKK -2,5-+1,5 mio. (tidligere DKK 2-6 mio.)
Dataproces ændrer ikke på guidance for væksten i Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) som fastholdes på 40-50% vækst i forhold til 2021/22. Indgåelsen af nye aftaler er sket senere end planlagt, hvorved omsætningen i indeværende regnskabsår bliver lavere end forventet.
CEO Kjartan Jensen udtaler: Vi bidrager fortsat med, at realisere vores fokus på vækst på SaaS og fastholder derfor forventningen om en væsentlig vækst i ARR. Jeg må samtidig konstatere, at vi ikke er lykkedes med at realisere en positiv udvikling på salg af forretningsbenet Dataanalyser & Rådgivning på trods af en god start på året. Vi har oplevet en større tilbageholdenhed hos kunderne, på baggrund af en budgetproces med besparelser, hvilket egentlig kunne forventes at understøtte vores ydelser. Jeg tror fortsat på fremgang i salget af Dataanalyser & Rådgivning, når de stramme budgetter hos kunderne konsolideres.
Som konsekvens af den lavere end forventede omsætning, har vi reduceret bemandingen på intern service og andre ikke leverance kritiske områder. Dataproces har derved tilsikret at vi har likviditet fremadrettet til at udfører vores strategi, uden behov for yderligere kapital udefra.

Company Announcement
Company announcement no. 13/2022 (the announcement contains inside information): Adjustment of guidance for the financial year 2022/23.
Dataproces adjusts guidance for reduced revenue and EBITDA in the financial year 2022/23. Revenue guidance is changed to DKK 21.4-25 million. (previously DKK 31-36 million) and on EBITDA to DKK -2.5-+1.5 million. (previously DKK 2-6 million)
Dataproces does not change the guidance for growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), which is maintained at 40-50% growth compared to 2021/22. The conclusion of new agreements has taken place later than planned, whereby the turnover in the current financial year will be lower than expected.
CEO Kjartan Jensen states: We continue to succeed in realizing our focus on growth on SaaS and therefore maintain the expectation of significant growth in ARR. At the same time, I must state that we have not succeeded in realizing a positive development in sales of the Data Analysis & Consulting business, despite a good start of the year. We have experienced a greater reticence among customers, on the basis of a budget process with savings, which could actually be expected to support our services. I still believe in progress in the sales of Data Analysis & Consulting when the tighter budgets of the customers are consolidated.
As a consequence of the turnover being lower than expected, we have reduced the staffing of internal service and other non-delivery critical areas. Dataproces has thereby ensured that we have liquidity going forward to carry out our strategy, without the need for additional capital from the outside.
