Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 61 – 2023 |

Med reference til selskabsmeddelelse nr. 60 – 2023, kan selskabet hermed oplyse, at kapitalforhøjelsen af 1.555.782 nye aktier a nominelt DKK 0,10 til kurs DKK 28,00 pr. aktie er gennemført og kapitalforhøjelsen er registreret hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.
Udstedelsen af nye aktier medfører en udvanding af de eksisterende aktionærer på ca. 16,63 procent efter gennemførelsen af transaktionen som følge af en stigning i antallet af udstedte aktier og stemmer fra i dag 7.798.914 til 9.354.696 antal aktier udstedt. Aktiekapitalen forhøjes fra DKK 779.891,40 til DKK 935.469,60.De nye aktier vil blive udstedt med den midlertidige ISIN kode nr: DK0062616710 som vil blive sammenlagt med den eksisterende og fortsættende ISIN kode: DK0061278199 der optages til handel på NASDAQ First North Growth Market Denmark fredag d. 15. december 2023.
Udstedelsen af de nye aktier vil være reflekteret i selskabets vedtægter som findes på selskabets hjemmeside.

Copenhagen the 14th December 2023
With reference to company announcement no. 60 – 2023, the company can hereby announce that the capital increase of 1,555,782 new shares nominally DKK 0.10 at a price of DKK 28.00 per share has been completed and the capital increase has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.
The issue of new shares results in a dilution of the existing shareholders of approx. 16.63 percent after the completion of the transaction as a result of an increase in the number of issued shares and votes from today’s 7,798,914 to 9,354,696 number of shares issued. The share capital is increased from DKK 779,891.40 to DKK 935,469.60.The new shares will be issued with the temporary ISIN code no: DK0062616710 which will be combined with the existing and continuing ISIN code: DK0061278199 which will be admitted to trading on NASDAQ First North Growth Market Denmark on Friday 15 December 2023.The issuance of the new shares will be reflected in the company’s articles of association, which can be found on the company’s website.—–//—–
