Loihde Plc’s financial reporting 2024
Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2024 as follows:
Financial statement release for financial year 2023 on Friday, 1 March 2024
Business report for January–March 2024 on Tuesday, 30 April 2024
Half-year report for January–June 2024 on Tuesday, 27 August 2024
Business report for January–September 2024 on Wednesday, 30 October 2024.
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2023 will be published on week 13, 2024.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 7 May 2024. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.

Tilinpäätös, toimintakertomus, tilintarkastuskertomus sekä selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä tilikaudelta 2023 julkaistaan viikolla 13.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi tiistaina 7.5.2024. Hallitus kutsuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin julkistettavalla kutsulla.
