Inside information, Profit warning: Digital Workforce Services Plc lowers its guidance for 2023 regarding revenue
Digital Workforce lowers its previous guidance for 2023 regarding revenue due to changes in customer demand in different markets and delays in delivery schedules for individual process automation projects, and hence both billable customer work and continuous service billing. Company’s profitability will improve significantly from 2022.
Updated guidance for 2023
Digital Workforce’s full-year 2023 revenue is expected to be 24-25 million euros and profitability is expected to be positive on an adjusted EBITDA basis.
Previous guidance for 2023 (published 28 February 2023)
Digital Workforce’s full-year 2023 revenue is expected to be higher than in 2022 and profitability is expected to be positive on an adjusted EBITDA basis.
Digital Workforce’s CEO Jussi Vasama: “In our operating environment, customer demand has weakened in the Nordic countries over the past year, excluding the healthcare sector. The company is reviewing its structure and making the necessary changes to support growth. The healthcare sector and the North American market continue to show strong growth and the company will increase its investments in these areas.”

Sisäpiiritieto, Tulosvaroitus: Digital Workforce Services Oyj alentaa ohjeistustaan vuoden 2023 liikevaihdosta
Digital Workforce alentaa aiempaa ohjeistusta vuoden 2023 liikevaihdosta johtuen asiakaskysynnän muutoksista eri markkinoilla sekä yksittäisten prosessiautomaatiohankkeiden toimitusaikataulujen, ja sitä kautta sekä laskutettavan asiakastyön että jatkuvan palvelulaskutuksen viivästymisistä. Yhtiön kannattavuus paranee merkittävästi vuodesta 2022.
Päivitetty ohjeistus vuodelle 2023
Digital Workforcen koko vuoden 2023 liikevaihdon arvioidaan olevan 24-25 miljoonaa euroa ja kannattavuuden olevan oikaistun käyttökatteen osalta positiivinen.
