Som led i BankNordik’s løbende proces med at optimere bankens kapitalstruktur, har banken i dag indgået aftale om udstedelse af DKK 200 mio. Senior Preferred obligationer. Obligationerne har en løbetid på 5 år med mulighed for førtidig indfrielse efter 4 år og prissættes i henhold til 3 mdr. CIBOR + en margin på 2,25%.
Obligationerne bliver ikke ratede med vil efterfølgende blive noterede.
Nordea har været arrangør og lead manager af udstedelsen.

As part of BankNordik’s ongoing efforts to optimize the capital structure, the bank today has successfully completed a 5-year, non-call for the first 4 years, DKK 200 million issue of Senior Preferred bonds, priced at 3 months CIBOR + a margin of 2.25%.
The bonds are not rated but will subsequently be listed.
Nordea has acted as sole structuring advisor and lead manager of the issue.
