Business Review for January‒September 2024 on Friday 1 November 2024
The Annual Review 2023 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 11. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2023.
Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 10 April 2024. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.

Vuoden 2023 vuosikatsaus, joka sisältää tilinpäätöksen ja hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaistaan viikolla 11. Lisäksi Componenta julkaisee selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2023.
Componentan varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi keskiviikkona 10.4.2024. Componentan hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle erikseen myöhemmin.
