Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 11/2023 Intern viden: Registrering af aktiekapitalforhøjelse ved udstedelse af 198.355 nye aktier gennemført.
Med henvisning til selskabsmeddelelserne nr. 37 af 1. september 2021 samt nr. 7 af 13. juli 2022 vedrørende warrantprogram for medarbejdere i Dataproces Group A/S, er aktiekapitalforhøjelsen på 198.355 stk. nye aktier á nominelt 0,02 kr. blevet registreret hos Erhvervsstyrelsen. Udbuddet er dermed endeligt gennemført.
Dataproces’ selskabskapital udgør herefter nominelt 617.845,56 kr. fordelt på 30.892.278 aktier á nominelt 0,02 kr. pr. aktie.

Company Announcement
Company announcement no. 11/2023 Inside information: Registration of increased stock capital by issuing 198,355 new shares completed.
With reference to company announcements no. 37 of 1st of September 2021 and no 7 of 13th og July 2022 regarding the warrant program for employees of Dataproces Group A/S, the capital increase of 198,355 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 have been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The tender has been completed.
Dataproces’ company capital then amounts to a nominal DKK 617,845.56 divided into 30,892,278 shares at a nominal DKK 0.02 per share.
