Change in Reka Industrial Plc’s own B shares held by the company
According to decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 24.5.2023 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 10,354 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.4.2023-31.3.2024. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 37,150 own B shares after this assignment.

Muutos Reka Industrial Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 24.5.2023 päätöksen mukaisesti yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille kaudelta 1.4.2023-31.3.2024 yhteensä 10 354 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin osana hallituksen vuosipalkkioita.
Osakkeiden luovuttamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 37 150 omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
