Changes board/management/auditors
Ivan Nielsen has joined the Supervisory Board of Carlsberg A/S with effect as of today, replacing Hans Andersen, who is retiring from his position at Carlsberg.
Chair of the Supervisory Board Henrik Poulsen says: “Hans Andersen has been a member of the Supervisory Board for 25 years and has been a strong voice for the employees and a good ambassador for our corporate values. The Board would like to thank Hans for his contribution to the Board’s work during his tenure.”
