Reka Industrial Plc: Proposal to the AGM on the number and composition of the members of the Board of Directors
Reka Industrial Plc’s shareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2023 regarding the number of the members and the composition of the Board of Directors as follows:
Resolution on the number of members of the Board of Directors and possible deputy members
Shareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that the number of the members of the Board of Directors be confirmed at six (6) and that no deputy members be elected.
Election of the chairman and the deputy chairman and members of the Board
Shareholders representing over 50 percent of the votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that to the Board of Directors to be re-elected Matti Hyytiäinen, Markku E. Rentto, Leena Saarinen and as new members to be elected Päivi Marttila, Eeva Raita and Ville Tolvanen. The above-mentioned shareholders propose that Leena Saarinen be elected as Chairman and Matti Hyytiäinen as Vice Chairman.

Reka Industrial Oyj: Ehdotus yhtiökokoukselle hallituksen jäsenten lukumäärästä ja hallituksen kokoonpanosta
Reka Industrial Oyj:n osakkeenomistajien, jotka edustavat enemmän kuin 50 prosenttia äänistä, ehdotukset 24.5.2023 pidettävälle yhtiökokoukselle hallituksen jäsenten lukumäärästä ja hallituksen kokoonpanosta ovat seuraavat:
Hallituksen jäsenten ja mahdollisten varajäsenten lukumäärästä päättäminen
Osakkeenomistajat, jotka edustavat enemmän kuin 50 prosenttia äänistä, ehdottavat yhtiökokoukselle, että hallituksen jäsenten lukumääräksi vahvistetaan kuusi (6) ja että varajäseniä ei valita.
Hallituksen puheenjohtajan ja varapuheenjohtajan sekä muiden jäsenten valitseminen
Osakkeenomistajat, jotka edustavat enemmän kuin 50 prosenttia äänistä, ehdottavat yhtiökokoukselle, että hallitukseen valitaan uudelleen Matti Hyytiäinen, Markku E. Rentto, Leena Saarinen ja uusiksi jäseniksi valitaan Päivi Marttila, Eeva Raita ja Ville Tolvanen. Edellä mainitut osakkeenomistajat ehdottavat, että hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi valitaan Leena Saarinen ja varapuheenjohtajaksi Matti Hyytiäinen.
