Notification of holdings pursuant to the articles of association of Nordic Lights Group Corporation
Nordic Lights Group Corporation (“Nordic Lights” or the “Company”) has yesterday, on 20 April 2023, received a notification in accordance with section 10 of Nordic Lights’ articles of association from Methode Electronics, Inc. (“Methode”), the ultimate controlling entity of Montana BidCo Oy. According to the notification, the shareholding of Montana BidCo Oy in the Company has exceeded the threshold of 90 percent on April 20, 2023, to 19,328,327 shares (92.2 percent).
The change was due to the fact that Montana BidCo Oy has completed its public tender offer for the Company’s shares. The completion trades for the public tender offer were carried out yesterday.

Nordic Lights Group Oyj:n yhtiöjärjestyksen mukainen ilmoitus omistusosuudesta
Nordic Lights Group Oyj (”Nordic Lights” tai ”Yhtiö”) on eilen 20.4.2023 vastaanottanut Nordic Lightsin yhtiöjärjestyksen 10 §:n mukaisen ilmoituksen Methode Electronics, Inc.:ltä (”Methode”), joka käyttää ylintä määräysvaltaa Montana BidCo Oy:ssä. Ilmoituksen mukaan Montana BidCo Oy:n omistamien Yhtiön osakkeiden osuus on 20.4.2023 noussut yli 90 prosentin liputusrajan 19 328 327 osakkeeseen (92,2 prosenttiin).
Muutos johtui siitä, että Montana BidCo Oy on toteuttanut Yhtiön osakkeista tekemänsä julkisen ostotarjouksen. Julkisen ostotarjouksen toteutuskaupat toteutettiin eilen.
