Pohjolan Voima Oyj’s joint venture Teollisuuden Voima Oyj announces: Teollisuuden Voima confirms acceptance of Olkiluoto 3 EPR and start of warranty period
Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) submitted on Thursday, 20 April 2023 to the Olkiluoto 3 EPR (OL3) plant supplier the Provisional Takeover Certificate. In addition TVO confirmed that the commercial operation of the plant starts at 1 May 2023. This means, among others, that the capitalisation of project costs ends and the recognition of depreciation commences. The shareholders’ right to the electricity produced by OL3 and their liability for the annual costs of electricity production are determined in compliance with TVO’s Articles of Association.
The final acceptance of the plant unit will take place upon termination of the two-year warranty period.

Pohjolan Voiman yhteisyritys Teollisuuden Voima Oyj tiedottaa: Teollisuuden Voima vahvisti Olkiluoto 3 EPR:n vastaanotetuksi takuuajalle
Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) luovutti torstaina 20. huhtikuuta 2023 Olkiluoto 3 (OL3) -laitostoimittajalle vastaanottotodistuksen. Lisäksi TVO vahvisti laitosyksikön kaupallisen käytön alkavaksi 1. toukokuuta 2023, joka tarkoittaa muun muassa sitä, että projektikustannusten aktivointi lopetetaan ja poistojen kirjaaminen alkaa. Osakkaiden oikeus OL3:n tuottamaan sähköön ja velvollisuus vastata sähköntuotannosta aiheutuvista vuosikustannuksista määräytyy TVO:n yhtiöjärjestyksen mukaisesti.
Lopullinen laitosyksikön vastaanotto tapahtuu kahden vuoden takuuajan päättymisen jälkeen.
