The General Meeting of The Mortgage Society of Finland has on March 22, 2023 taken the following decisions:
The following members of the Supervisory Board who had reached the end of their term in office were re-elected for a new three-year term: Mr Timo Aro, Mr Markus Heino, Mr Elias Oikarinen and Ms Mari Vaattovaara. Ms Erika Launonen and Ms Maija Urponen were elected as new members of the Supervisory Board in place of Mr Seppo Laakso, who stepped down from the Supervisory Board due to reaching the maximum age limit set by the rules, and Ms Salla Seppä, who was proposed to be elected as a member of the Board of Directors.
The financial statements 2022 was confirmed. The Board of Directors and other accountable persons were granted discharge.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy was selected to continue as auditor with Mr Jukka Paunonen, APA, as the auditor-in-charge.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Supervisory Board has on March 22, 2023 taken the following decisions:
Mr Hannu Hokka continues as Chair and Mr Timo Kaisanlahti as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board. Mr Mikael Englund and Mr Markus Heino were appointed inspectors and Mr Timo Hietanen and Ms Hanna Kaleva deputy inspectors of the Supervisory Board.
Ms Sari Lounasmeri, Mr Harri Hiltunen, Mr Kai Heinonen, Mr Hannu Kuusela, Mr Pasi Holm, Mr Ari Pauna and Mr Mikko Huopio will continue as members of the Board of Directors. Ms Hanna-Maria Heikkinen and Ms Salla Seppä were elected as new members of Board of Directors. Terms of Teemu Lehtinen and Tuija Virtanen as members of the Board of Directors ended on March 22, 2023.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Board of Directors has on March 22, 2023 taken the following decisions:
Ms Sari Lounasmeri continues as Chair, Mr Harri Hiltunen as Vice Chair and Mr Mikko Huopio as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Ms Sari Lounasmeri (chair), Mr Harri Hiltunen and Mr Kai Heinonen continue as members of the Board of Director’s Risk Management Committee.

Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen varsinainen kokous on 22.3.2023 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hallintoneuvoston erovuorossa olleet jäsenet Timo Aro, Markus Heino, Elias Oikarinen ja Mari Vaattovaara valittiin uudelle kolmivuotiskaudelle. Sääntöjen mukaisen enimmäisiän täyttymisen takia hallintoneuvostosta pois jääneen Seppo Laakson sekä hallituksen jäseneksi valittavaksi ehdotetun Salla Sepän tilalle uusiksi hallintoneuvoston jäseniksi valittiin Erika Launonen ja Maija Urponen.
Vuoden 2022 tilinpäätös vahvistettiin. Hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille myönnettiin vastuuvapaus.
Tilintarkastusyhteisönä valittiin jatkamaan PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, päävastuullisena tilintarkastajana KHT Jukka Paunonen.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallintoneuvosto on 22.3.2023 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hannu Hokka valittiin jatkamaan hallintoneuvoston puheenjohtajana ja Timo Kaisanlahti varapuheenjohtajana. Mikael Englund ja Markus Heino valittiin hallintoneuvoston tarkastajiksi sekä Timo Hietanen ja Hanna Kaleva tarkastajien varahenkilöiksi.
Sari Lounasmeri, Harri Hiltunen, Kai Heinonen, Hannu Kuusela, Pasi Holm, Ari Pauna ja Mikko Huopio jatkavat hallituksen jäseninä. Hanna-Maria Heikkinen ja Salla Seppä valittiin uusiksi hallituksen jäseniksi. Teemu Lehtisen ja Tuija Virtasen jäsenyydet hallituksessa päättyivät 22.3.2023.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallitus on 22.3.2023 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Sari Lounasmeri jatkaa hallituksen puheenjohtajana, Harri Hiltunen varapuheenjohtajana ja Mikko Huopio sihteerinä. Hallituksen riskivaliokunnan jäseninä jatkavat Sari Lounasmeri (puheenjohtaja), Harri Hiltunen ja Kai Heinonen.
