Aarsleff-koncernens teknikentreprenør Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S skal udføre de tekniske installationer på Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland i Hillerød.
Kontrakten på teknikentreprisen er på 1,15 milliarder kroner og er indgået mellem Wicotec Kirkebjerg og NCC Danmark, som er hovedentreprenør på byggeriet af hospitalet.

Det 123.000 kvadratmeter store hospital opføres som en kløverformet bygning i fire etager plus kælder, og teknikentreprisen omfatter installationer til medicinske gasser, vand, afløb, sanitet, køl, varme, ventilation, sprinkling, belysning, el, kommunikation samt nød- og 10kV-forsyning. Derudover skal Wicotec Kirkebjerg styre og koordinere de arbejder, der hører under bygningsautomatik samt brand og sikring, herunder styring og koordinering af indregulering, commissioning og idriftsætning af delanlæggene.
Hospitalet forventes at stå færdigt i 2025.
Kontrakten ændrer ikke Aarsleffs forventninger til resultatet for regnskabsåret 2022/23.

The Aarsleff Group’s technical contractor Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S is to carry out the technical installations for the New North Zealand Hospital in Hillerød.
The technical contract has a value of DKK 1.15 billion and has been entered into between Wicotec Kirkebjerg and NCC Danmark who is the main contractor of the hospital building work.
”It is a large and important contract for Wicotec Kirkebjerg. The construction of a hospital places high demands on our work, and the technical installations for New North Zealand Hospital are comprehensive and complex. We are looking forward to getting started and, not least, to continuing the good collaboration with NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark,” says Jesper Kristian Jacobsen, CEO of Aarsleff.
The 123,000-square-metre-large hospital will be shaped like a four-leaf clover and have four stories plus basement. The technical contract comprises installations for medical gases, water, drainage, sanitary systems, cooling, heating, ventilation, sprinkler systems, lighting, electricity, communication as well as emergency generators and 10kV power supply. Wicotec Kirkebjerg will also manage and coordinate the work connected with building management system as well as fire alarm and access control, including management, coordination and commissioning of the installations.
The hospital is scheduled for completion in 2025.
The contract does not affect Aarsleff’s earnings expectations for the financial year 2022/23.
