Limassol, Cyprus – 24 February 2023 – Mr Sondre Helsing, Board member, has through his wholly owned company Hubris Industrier AS today purchased 325,000 shares in Seabird Exploration Plc at a price of NOK 4,54 per share. Following this transaction Mr Helsing owns 1,208,333 shares in the Company.
