Taaleri Plc key employee incentive plan’s performance period 2022–2024
The Board of Directors of Taaleri Plc has resolved on the target group, allocations, performance criterion and targets for the performance period 1 January 2022–31 December 2024 of the Group’s key employee performance share plan.
The main terms and conditions of the performance share plan were published in detail in the stock exchange release dated 17 June 2021. The plan includes three performance periods lasting three years each.
During the performance period 2022–2024, the plan’s target group includes approximately 18 key employees, including the members of the Group’s Executive Management Team, except for the CEO. The potential reward of the plan from the performance period 2022–2024 is based on the total shareholder return of the Taaleri Plc share. The rewards to be paid based on the performance period 2022–2024 correspond to the value of approximately 183,000 Taaleri Plc shares in maximum total, also including the portion to be paid in cash.
The potential reward will be paid after the end of the performance period in spring 2025. The reward will be paid partly in the company shares and partly in cash.

Taaleri Oyj:n avainhenkilöiden kannustinjärjestelmän ansaintajakso 2022–2024
Taaleri Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt konsernin avainhenkilöiden osakepalkkiojärjestelmän kohderyhmästä, allokaatioista, ansaintakriteeristä ja tavoitteista ansaintajaksolle 1.1.2022–31.12.2024.
Osakepalkkiojärjestelmän keskeisistä ehdoista kerrottiin tarkemmin 17.6.2021 julkaistulla pörssitiedotteella. Järjestelmässä on kolme kolmen vuoden mittaista ansaintajaksoa.
Järjestelmän kohderyhmään ansaintajaksolla 2022–2024 kuuluu noin 18 avainhenkilöä, mukaan lukien konsernin johtoryhmän jäsenet toimitusjohtajaa lukuun ottamatta. Järjestelmän mahdollinen palkkio ansaintajaksolta 2022–2024 perustuu Taaleri Oyj:n osakkeen kokonaistuottoon. Ansaintajaksolta 2022–2024 maksettavat palkkiot vastaavat yhteensä enintään 183 000 Taaleri Oyj:n osakkeen arvoa sisältäen myös rahana maksettavan osuuden.
Mahdollinen palkkio maksetaan ansaintajakson päättymisen jälkeen keväällä 2025. Palkkio maksetaan osittain yhtiön osakkeina ja osittain rahana.
