Half-year Financial Report for January‒June 2023 on Tuesday 25 July 2023
Business Review for January‒September 2023 on Friday 3 November 2023
The Annual Review 2022 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 11. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2022.
Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 13 April 2023. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.

Vuoden 2022 vuosikatsaus, joka sisältää tilinpäätöksen ja hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaistaan viikolla 11. Lisäksi Componenta julkaisee selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2022.
Componentan varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi torstaina 13.4.2023.Componentan hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle erikseen myöhemmin.
