(Oslo, 23 August 2022) Reference is made to the stock exchange notification from Canopy Holdings AS 12 May 2022 regarding the share capital increase for the issue of shares to cover the first earn-out liability related to the acquisition of Spotlio AG.
The share capital increase is registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital is NOK 1,780,264.70, divided into 89,013,235 shares, each with one vote and a par value of NOK 0.02.
