Cyviz AS today publishes its financial results for the second quarter of 2022, with an all-time high revenue of NOK 120m, a positive EBITDA of NOK 5.0m and a gross profit of NOK 54.2m.
This was the sixth consecutive quarter with growth in order intake, and Cyviz is now at NOK 445m looking from a rolling 12-months perspective. That represents a growth of 45% compared to Q2 2021 with good contribution from a continuously expanding footprint in the key market segments corporate, energy and government and defense.
“We are very pleased to have delivered on our strategy in relation to broadening our customer portfolio in the second quarter. We now have a good balance between public and private customers across geographies. Return to the office place and the advent of hybrid workplaces continues to drive demand for our collaboration solutions”, says CEO Espen Gylvik at Cyviz.
During the quarter, Cyviz also entered two new strategic partnerships that supports the company`s direction towards platform and SW to exploit untapped potential in sales channels and extend the reach of Cyviz solutions into broader markets and verticals. The first deal was with Techlit SCM, an Italian integrator which will implement Cyviz Easy Agent for Teams integration in the Italian market. The second deal was signed with Atea Group for building managed services for enterprise customers in Scandinavia with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
Highlights Q2 2022
Cyviz delivered an EBITDA of NOK 5.0m in the second quarter, an improvement of NOK 23.3m compared to last reported quarter
Revenues grew by 17% compared to Q2 2021 and ended at an all-time-high of NOK 119.8m
Gross profit of NOK 54.2m representing a growth of 21% compared to Q2 2021
Order intake of NOK 116.9m for the quarter leaving the rolling 12-months trend at NOK 445m
Order backlog of NOK 218.8m after Q2
Awarded several large contracts totaling NOK 33m in the Government & Defense-vertical including what will become one of the largest command & control centers in the world

Cyviz AS offentliggjør i dag sine økonomiske resultater for andre kvartal 2022 med en rekordhøy omsetning på 120 millioner kroner, en positiv EBITDA på 5,0 millioner kroner og et bruttoresultat på 54,2 millioner kroner.
Dette er det sjette kvartalet på rad med vekst i ordreinngangen, og Cyviz er nå på 445 millioner kroner sett fra et rullerende 12-måneders perspektiv. Det representerer en vekst på 45% sammenlignet med Q2 2021, godt hjulpet av en kontinuerlig tilvekst av kunder i nøkkelsegmentene energi, offentlig sektor og forsvaret. «Vi er meget godt fornøyd med resultatet og at vi i tillegg leverer på vår strategi med å bredde kundeporteføljen vår i andre kvartal. Vi har nå en god balanse mellom kunder i offentlig og privat sektor på tvers av geografier. Med tilbakevendingen til kontoret og fremveksten av hybride arbeidsplasser fortsetter etterspørselen etter våre samhandlingsløsninger å øke», sier administrerende direktør Espen Gylvik i Cyviz.
I løpet av kvartalet inngikk Cyviz to nye strategiske partnerskap som støtter selskapets retning mot plattform og SW. Dette for å utvide rekkevidden av Cyviz-løsninger til nye markeder og vertikaler. Den første avtalen var med Techlit SCM, en italiensk integrator som skal levere Cyviz Easy Agent for Teams-integrasjon i det italienske markedet. Den andre avtalen ble inngått med Atea Group for å bygge administrerte tjenester (managed services) for bedriftskunder i Skandinavia med Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
