Sandnes, 17 June 2022 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the “Company”) (OSE: NUMND) on 15 June 2022 announcing the registration and publication of a national prospectus dated 15 June 2022 (the “Prospectus”) and the commencement of the subsequent offering (the “Subsequent Offering”).
The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering commences today, on 17 June 2022 and end on 28 June 2022 at 12:00 hours (CEST).
