The board of Måsøval AS has signed the attached merger plan between Aqua Farms Vartdal AS as the transferring company and Måsøval AS as the acquiring company. Aqua Farms Vartdal AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Måsøval AS. The purpose of the merger is to simplify the company structure. For the individual shareholder in Måsøval AS, the merger will have no practical or legal significance. Any objections from the shareholders regarding the merger must be notified to the company within one month from the date this notification is sent. The board of Måsøval AS aims to make the final decision on the merger no later than 17th August.
The annual accounts, annual report and auditors report are submitted for inspection at the parent company’s business office and are also available on the company’s website. The individual shareholder can demand the documents sent to them free of charge.

Styret i Måsøval AS har signert vedlagte fusjonsplan mellom Aqua Farms Vartdal AS som overdragende selskap og Måsøval AS som overtakende selskap. Aqua Farms Vartdal AS er et heleid datterselskap av Måsøval AS. Formålet med fusjonen er å forenkle selskapsstrukturen. For den enkelte aksjonær i Måsøval AS vil fusjonen ikke ha noen praktisk eller rettslig betydning. Eventuelle innsigelser fra aksjonærene vedrørende fusjonen må meldes til selskapet innen én måned fra dato denne meldingen er sendt. Styret i Måsøval AS tar sikte på å fatte endelig avgjørelse om fusjon senest 17 august 2022.
Årsregnskap, årsberetning og revisjonsberetning legges ut til ettersyn på morselskapets forretningskontor og er også tilgjengelig på selskapets nettsider. Den enkelte aksjeeier kan kreve å få tilsendt dokumentene vederlagsfritt.
