Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 3/2022 – intern viden: Dataproces fremlægger guidance for regnskabsåret 2022/23.
Bestyrelsen har godkendt budgettet for 2022/23, der indeholder vækstmål i henhold til Selskabets strategi. I forbindelse med bestyrelsens godkendelse af budgettet har Selskabet fastsat en guidance for 2022/23.
Guidance for regnskabsåret 2022/23:
Omsætningsvækst på 40–50 % på SaaS i forhold til 2021/22
ARR-vækst på 40–50 % i forhold til 2021/22
Omsætningsvækst på Dataanalyser på 40–50 % i forhold til 2021/22
Omsætning på DKK 31-35 mio. – vækst på 45-65% i forhold til 2021/22
Positivt EBITDA på DKK 2-6 mio.
Dataproces er et IT- og konsulenthus, som består af to forretningsben; SaaS-løsninger og Dataanalyser. Derfor er vores guidance todelt og strategien fokuserer på både de samlede resultater og de individuelle forretningsben, som understøtter hinanden.
Det strategiske fokus på SaaS-løsninger er fortsat stærkt. Ud fra pipeline og kundetilfredshed vurderer vi at 2022/23 bliver et godt år, hvor flere kunder bruger flere af vores SaaS løsninger. Dermed forventer vi at kunne realisere en vækst i både omsætning på SaaS og på ARR.
Når der indgås kontrakt med en kommune om dataanalyser, vil der være en forskydning fra indgåelsen til realiseringen af omsætningen. Forretningsbenet dataanalyser lukkede året 2021/22 i en solid spurt, som gør at med forskydning af omsætning, samt udskudt salg kan vi se stærkt ind i regnskabsåret 2022/23. Med den forskudte omsætning indregnet i vores forventninger, samt den effekt vores initiativer giver på vores nuværende pipeline, forventer vi at forretningsbenet Dataanalyser er tilbage på sporet for regnskabsåret 2022/23. Dette afspejles i vores vækstestimat for området, samt i omsætningsforventningen.
CEO Kjartan Jensen udtaler: ”For regnskabsåret 2022/23 forventer jeg en stærk vækst, hvor strategien bliver vores pejlemærke. Vi vil fortsætte vores fokus på SaaS gennem 2022/23. Samtidig indikerer salgsudviklingen på dataanalyser den seneste tid, at vi er tilbage på sporet, og kan forvente en solid vækst i omsætningen.”

Company announcement no. 3/2022 – inside information: Dataproces presents guidance for the financial year 2022/23.
The Board of Directors has approved the budget for 2022/23, which contains growth targets in accordance with the Company’s strategy. In connection with the Board of Directors’ approval of the budget, the Company has provided guidance for 2022/23.
Guidance for the financial year 2022/23:
Revenue growth of 40–50% on SaaS compared to 2021/22
ARR growth of 40–50% compared to 2021/22
Revenue growth on Data Analysis of 40–50% compared to 2021/22
Revenue of DKK 31-35 million. – growth of 45-65% compared to 2021/22
Positive EBITDA of DKK 2-6 million.
Dataproces is a software and consulting house, which consists of two business lines; SaaS solutions and Data Analysis. Therefore, our guidance is divided and the strategy focuses on both the overall results and the individual business lines to support each other.
The strategic focus on SaaS solutions remains strong. Based on the pipeline and customer testimonials, we estimate that 2022/23 will be a good year, with more customers using more of our SaaS solutions. Thus, we expect to be able to realize a growth in both revenue in SaaS and in ARR.
When an agreement on Data Analysis is entered into with a municipality, there will be a delay from the agreement to the realization of the revenue. The business line closed the year 2021/22 in a sprint, which means that with a delay in revenue and delayed sales, we look into the financial year 2022/23 with great expectations. With the delayed revenue recognized in our expectations, as well as the effect our initiatives have on our current pipeline, we expect the business line Data Analysis to be back on track for the financial year 2022/23. This is reflected in our growth estimate for the area, as well as in the revenue expectation.
CEO Kjartan Jensen states: “For the financial year 2022/23, I expect strong growth, where the strategy will be our benchmark. We will continue our focus on SaaS throughout 2022/23. At the same time, recent sales developments in data analysis indicate that we are back on track and can expect solid revenue growth.”
