SkartaNYAB Plc publishes new long-term financial targets
SkartaNYAB Plc’s Board of Directors has decided to set the following long-term financial targets for SkartaNYAB Group:
annual organic growth exceeding 7 percent
EBITA margin (operating profit without amortization and reduction in value of intangible assets) exceeding 10 percent
equity ratio exceeding 45 percent
dividend exceeding 30 percent of the adjusted net profit
SkartaNYAB Plc announced in September 2021 the medium-term financial targets approved by the Board of Directors, according to which the company aims at an annual revenue of at least 300 million euros and EBITDA of 10 percent by 2024. As the company acquired NYAB Group at the end of March, the scale and profitability of its business activities have increased markedly. Hence, the Board of Directors of the company has decided to set new targets that are suitable for the new structure and business operations of the group.

SkartaNYAB Oyj julkaisee uudet pitkän aikavälin taloudelliset tavoitteet
SkartaNYAB Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt asettaa SkartaNYAB-konsernille seuraavat pitkän aikavälin taloudelliset tavoitteet:
vuotuinen orgaaninen kasvu yli 7 prosenttia
EBITA-marginaali (liiketulos ilman poistoja ja arvonalentumisia aineettomista hyödykkeistä) yli 10 prosenttia
omavaraisuusaste yli 45 prosenttia
osinko yli 30 prosenttia oikaistusta nettotuloksesta
SkartaNYAB Oyj julkaisi syyskuussa 2021 hallituksen hyväksymät keskipitkän aikavälin tavoitteet, joiden mukaan yhtiö tavoittelee vähintään 300 miljoonan euron vuotuista liikevaihtoa ja 10 prosentin käyttökatetta vuoteen 2024 mennessä. Yhtiön hankittua maaliskuun lopussa omistukseensa NYAB-konsernin ovat sen liiketoiminnan kokoluokka ja tuloksentekokyky kasvaneet merkittävästi. Yhtiön hallitus on näin ollen päättänyt asettaa uudet tavoitteet, jotka soveltuvat konsernin uuteen rakenteeseen ja liiketoimintaan.
