SkartaNYAB Plc: Trading in new shares began at First North marketplace
SkartaNYAB Plc announced on 31 March 2022 that the Board of Directors of the company has decided on the closing of the transaction regarding the acquisition of all shares in NYAB Sverige AB. A directed share issue, in which 414,244,098 new shares in SkartaNYAB Plc were issued, was arranged to prior shareholders of NYAB Sverige AB as a part of the transaction.
The new shares, that were issued in the directed share issue, have been registered in the trade register, and trading in them has begun at Nasdaq First North Growh Market Finland marketplace today. SkartaNYAB Plc’s new total number of shares is 702,641,888 shares.

SkartaNYAB Oyj: Kaupankäynti uusilla osakkeilla alkoi First North -markkinapaikalla
SkartaNYAB Oyj tiedotti 31.3.2022 yhtiön hallituksen tehneen päätöksen NYAB Sverige AB:n osakekannan hankintaa koskevan yritysjärjestelyn täytäntöönpanosta. Osana yritysjärjestelyä NYAB Sverige AB:n aiemmille osakkeenomistajille järjestettiin suunnattu osakeanti, jossa laskettiin liikkeelle 414 244 098 uutta SkartaNYAB Oyj:n osaketta.
Suunnatussa osakeannissa liikkeeseenlasketut uudet osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin, ja kaupankäynti niillä on alkanut Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla tänään. SkartaNYAB Oyj:n osakkeiden uusi kokonaismäärä on 702 641 888 osaketta.
