Reference is made to an announcement of 30 March 2022 by ICE Group ASA regarding the completion of the sale of Ice Group Scandinavia Holding AS («IGSH») to Lyse AS.
Following the completion of the sale of IGSH, IGSH has informed Nordic Trustee AS that a Put Option has occurred (as defined in the relevant bond terms) under the bond issues IGSH03 (with ISIN NO0010864002) and IGSH04 (with ISIN NO0010939788). The notices to the bondholders from Nordic Trustee AS are attached.
