Loihde Plc’s Annual Report for the year 2021 has been published today. The Annual Report contains Annual Review, the Board of Directors’ report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors’ report, the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for year 2021. The Annual review includes corporate responsibility report.

Loihde Oyj:n vuosikertomus vuodelta 2021 on julkaistu tänään. Vuosikertomus sisältää vuosikatsauksen, hallituksen toimintakertomuksen, tilinpäätöksen ja tilintarkastuskertomuksen, selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä toimielinten palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2021. Vuosikatsaukseen sisältyy vastuullisuusraportti.
