The General Meeting of The Mortgage Society of Finland has on March 22, 2022 taken the following decisions:
The following members of the Supervisory Board who had reached the end of their term in office were re-elected for a new three-year term: Mr Mikael Englund, Mr Timo Kaisanlahti, Mr Juha Metsälä, Ms Liisa Suvikumpu, Ms Riitta Vahela-Kohonen and Ms Ira van der Pals. Ms Salla Seppä was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board, replacing Ms Anni Sinnemäki who had resigned from the Supervisory Board.
The financial statements 2021 was confirmed. The Board of Directors and other accountable persons were granted discharge.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy was selected to continue as auditor with Mr Jukka Paunonen, APA, as the auditor-in-charge.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Supervisory Board has on March 22, 2022 taken the following decisions:
Mr Hannu Hokka continues as Chair and Mr Timo Kaisanlahti as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board. Ms Elina Bergroth and Ms Julianna Borsos were appointed inspectors and Mr Mikael Englund and Mr Markus Heino deputy inspectors of the Supervisory Board. There were no changes to the members of the Board of Directors.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Board of Directors has on March 22, 2022 taken the following decisions:
Ms Sari Lounasmeri continues as Chair, Mr Harri Hiltunen as Vice Chair and Mr Mikko Huopio as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Ms Sari Lounasmeri (chair), Mr Harri Hiltunen and Mr Kai Heinonen continue as members of the Board of Director’s Risk Management Committee.

Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen varsinainen kokous on 22.3.2022 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hallintoneuvoston erovuorossa olleet jäsenet Mikael Englund, Timo Kaisanlahti, Juha Metsälä, Liisa Suvikumpu, Riitta Vahela-Kohonen ja Ira van der Pals valittiin uudelle kolmivuotiskaudelle. Hallintoneuvoston toiminnasta pois jääneen Anni Sinnemäen tilalle uudeksi hallintoneuvoston jäseneksi kolmivuotiskaudelle valittiin Salla Seppä.
Vuoden 2021 tilinpäätös vahvistettiin. Hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille myönnettiin vastuuvapaus.
Tilintarkastusyhteisönä valittiin jatkamaan PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, päävastuullisena tilintarkastajana KHT Jukka Paunonen.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallintoneuvosto on 22.3.2022 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hannu Hokka valittiin jatkamaan hallintoneuvoston puheenjohtajana ja Timo Kaisanlahti varapuheenjohtajana. Elina Bergroth ja Julianna Borsos valittiin hallintoneuvoston tarkastajiksi sekä Mikael Englund ja Markus Heino tarkastajien varahenkilöiksi.
Hallituksen kokoonpano pidettiin ennallaan.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallitus on 22.3.2022 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Sari Lounasmeri jatkaa hallituksen puheenjohtajana, Harri Hiltunen varapuheenjohtajana ja Mikko Huopio sihteerinä.
Hallituksen riskivaliokunnan jäseninä jatkavat Sari Lounasmeri (puheenjohtaja), Harri Hiltunen ja Kai Heinonen.
