Lamor’s work relating to the environmental response and cleanup project in Peru continues
Repsol has chosen Lamor as one of the service providers in the response and cleanup of the oil spill in Peru. Lamor is acting as a technical consultant and solution provider. Lamor published a company release regarding the contract on 2 February 2022.
Lamor’s share of the total value of the first phase was earlier estimated to be at least EUR 13 million. Lamor has continued the cleanup work based on the contract announced earlier and the additional work performed by Lamor until the end of February 2022 is currently estimated to be at least EUR 5 million. Lamor’s share of the total value of the response and cleanup project is thus estimated to be at least EUR 18 million. The cleanup work is still ongoing and Lamor expects to participate in this work as part of its normal business activities.

Lamorin työt ympäristövahingon torjunta- ja kunnostushankkeessa Perussa jatkuvat
Repsol on valinnut Lamorin Perussa tapahtuneen öljyvahingon yhdeksi toimittajaksi. Lamor toimii hankkeessa teknisenä neuvonantajana ja ratkaisutoimittajana. Lamor tiedotti sopimuksesta yhtiötiedotteella 2.2.2022.
Lamorin osuuden ensimmäisen vaiheen kokonaisarvosta arvioitiin aiemmin olevan vähintään 13 miljoonaa euroa. Lamor on jatkanut puhdistustöitä aiemmin tiedotetun sopimuksen puitteissa, ja helmikuun 2022 loppuun mennessä tehdyn lisätyön osuuden arvioidaan nyt olevan vähintään 5 miljoonaa euroa. Puhdistushankkeen kokonaisarvoksi muodostuu siten Lamorin osalta arviolta vähintään 18 miljoonaa euroa. Puhdistustyöt jatkuvat edelleen, ja Lamor arvioi osallistuvansa niihin osana tavanomaista liiketoimintaansa.
