Investor News
RISMA has previously communicated expectations of a significant upward shift in sales. 2022 has started as expected. Accordingly, the year-to-date growth in ARR already per 1 February 2022 exceeded the growth achieved in H1 2021. The sales in the period included two contracts in Sweden and three contracts in Norway, and the two countries overall performed better than expected.
The increase in new sales is primarily driven by a much broader product portfolio. Until the end of Q2 2021 most of the sales were centered around a few products, most notably GDPR. In the end of Q2 2021 RISMA introduced a product suite including eight products. More than 60% of the new ARR in 2022 comes from customers, who have bought the suite.
Per February 1, 2022, Oskar Sinha joined the Swedish Team. Oskar comes from a senior sales position in Salesforce Sweden. Oskar will in 2022 focus on building a strong presence in Sweden, but his role going forward will be to spearhead activities in new markets.
The ARR guidance for 2022 remains unchanged at 25-28 MDKK, equivalent to a growth rate around 70% in 2022.
