Copyright Agent A/S meddeler i dag, at interim CFO Poul Oddershede har accepteret en permanent stilling som CFO i selskabet. I samme forbindelse udtræder Poul Oddershede fra selskabets bestyrelse.
Copyright Agent meddeler i dag, at interim CFO Poul Oddershede har accepteret en permanent rolle som selskabets CFO.
Poul Oddershede har en meget stærk finansiel baggrund, som spænder fra store internationale organisationer til mindre startups og scaleups. Han har stor erfaring med at udvikle og drive finance funktioner med henblik på skalering, internationalisering og kommercialisering. Som del af at acceptere rollen som Copyright Agents permanente CFO, udtræder Poul Oddershede samtidig af selskabets bestyrelse. Ændringerne vil være effektive fra 31.12.2021.

Copyright Agent A/S announces that interim CFO Poul Oddershede has accepted a permanent position as CFO. In conjunction with accepting the permanent position, Poul steps down from his position in the board of directors.
Copyright Agent today announced that interim CFO Poul Oddershede has accepted the position as permanent CFO for Copyright Agent.
Poul Oddershede has a very strong financial background ranging from large international companies to startups/scaleups. He holds a strong experience in creating and developing finance functions to drive sustainable scale and internationalization. As part of accepting the permanent position as CFO, Poul Oddershede steps down from his position in the board of directors. The full transition will be effective as of 31.12.2021.
