Lamor’s financial calendar and annual general meeting in 2022
In 2022, Lamor Corporation Plc (“Lamor” or the “Company”) will publish financial reports as follows:
Financial statements release for the year 2021 on Thursday 3 March 2022
Interim report January−March 2022 (Q1) on Tuesday 17 May 2022
Half-year report January−June 2022 (H1) on Tuesday 16 August 2022
Interim report January−September 2022 (Q3) on Tuesday 15 November 2022
The annual report 2021, including Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, is estimated to be published on the Company’s website on 31 March 2022.
The annual general meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on 28 April 2022. The meeting will be convened later by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Lamorin vuosikertomus vuodelta 2021, sisältäen hallituksen toimintakertomuksen ja tilinpäätöksen, julkaistaan Yhtiön verkkosivuilla arviolta 31.3.2022.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous on alustavasti suunniteltu pidettäväksi 28.4.2022. Kokouksen kutsuu koolle myöhemmin Yhtiön hallitus.
