John Binde resigns as board member of the Company
John Binde has notified Måsøval AS that he wishes to resign as from his position as board member of the Company.
John Binde will start at the investment bank Astrup Fearnley to head up their seafood section.
This position is not deemed to be compatible with his position as board member and is the cause of this decision.
«I would liek to express my thanks for four exciting years in the board of Måsøval AS during a preiod of impressive development and growth, which I believe will continue in the future”, John Binde states.
«I wish to thank John for his contributions in the board. His broad experience and insight in salmon farming har been of great use for the Comapny” says Lars Måsøval, chairperson of Måsøval.

JOHN BINDE FRATRER SOM STYREMEDLEM I MÅSØVAL AS
John Binde har meddelt Måsøval AS at han ønsker å fratre som styremedlem i Selskapet.
Han skal begynne i investeringsbanken Astrup Fearnley Securities for å lede deres satsning innen akvakultur.
Denne stillingen er ikke forenlig med rollen som styremedlem i Måsøval AS, og er bakgrunnen for beslutningen.
«Jeg vil takke for fire spennende år i styret i Måsøval i en periode med imponerende utvikling og vekst, noe jeg tror også vil fortsette fremover», sier John Binde.
«Jeg ønsker å takke John for hans innsats i styret. Hans brede erfaring fra og innsikt i oppdrettsbransjen har vært til stor nytte for selskapet», sier styreleder Lars Måsøval.
