Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the “Company”) on 29 April 2021 regarding the Company’s resolution to complete a private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 15 million (the “Private Placement”) through issuance of 1,303,707 new shares (the “Offer Shares”).
On 9 July 2021, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the prospectus in connection with the listing of the Offer Shares. The Offer Shares, currently registered on a separate ISIN, will consequently be transferred to the ordinary ISIN of the Company and become tradable on Euronext Expand.
