The annual general meeting of Cyviz AS was held today, 27 May 2021 at 13:00 CET. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions on indoor events, the general meeting was only held electronically. 7,559,896 shares were represented, corresponding to 58.7% of the company’s total share capital.
All the proposals on the agenda was approved in line with the notice dated 14 May 2021.
