Pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Alefarm Brewing A/S hereby reports transactions made in Alefarm Brewing A/S shares by persons obliged to report on transactions to the Danish FSA and to Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark:
Thomas Kristoffersen, CFO at Alefarm Brewing, has purchased 1.500 shares at DKK 5,18, 7.904 shares at DKK 5,25 and 12.382 shares at DKK 5,24.
The purchase results in a total holding of 21.786 shares of Alefarm Brewing A/S by Thomas Kristoffersen.
