Changes in company's own shares
According to decisions made by the Annual General Meeting on 24.6.2020 and the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 24.11.2020 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 6,706 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.4.2020-31.3.2021. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
In addition, Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 2,614 own B shares to the Managing Director as a part of the target remuneration approved by the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 44,253 own B shares after these assignments.

Muutokset omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 24.6.2020 ja ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen 24.11.2020 päätösten mukaisesti yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille kaudelta 1.4.2020-31.3.2021 yhteensä 6 706 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin osana hallituksen vuosipalkkioita.
Lisäksi Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut yhtiön toimitusjohtajalle 2 614 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta osana hallituksen vahvistamaa toimitusjohtajan tavoitepalkkiota.
Osakkeiden luovuttamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 44 253 omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
