Ice Group Scandinavia Holdings AS, subsidiary of Ice Group ASA, has today notified Nordic Trustee (in the enclosed Call Option Notice) that it will exercise its call option to redeem the remaining outstanding bonds in the Bond issue IGSH02, "Ice Group Scandinavia Holdings AS NOK 1,400,000,000 FRN Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2017/2021 – ISIN NO 001 0807092". The entire Bond issue will be repaid at 100% of the Nominal Amount plus accrued interests on the redeemed amount), with settlement date 12 April 2021 (being the date falling ten (10) Business Days after the date of the Call Option Notice).
