Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 13: Dataproces justerer forventningerne til regnskabsåret 2020/2021
I Dataproces udgør omsætning i de sidste 4 måneder af regnskabsåret traditionelt mellem 60-70 % af årets omsætning. At nedlukningen pga. COVID-19 blev udvidet fra november/december til yderligere januar/februar betyder, at rigtig mange af de dataanalyser, som vores konsulentforretning normalt ville levere i indeværende halvår, forskydes ind i næste regnskabsår, idet kunden prioriterer fysisk tilstedeværelse for at sikre effektiv opstart.
De udskudte projekter betyder, at forventningen til omsætningen i konsulentforretningen for indeværende regnskabsår reduceres markant. Da konsulentforretningen stadig udgør den største del af den forventede omsætning, må vi meddele, at vi nedjusterer forventningerne for regnskabsåret 2020/21.
Forventningerne til omsætningen for 2020/21 justeres til DKK 15-20 mio. fra udmeldte DKK 35 mio., og forventningerne til EBITDA justeres til mellem DKK -4 mio. og -7 mio. fra DKK 2,2 mio.
Dataproces arbejder samtidigt benhårdt og fokuseret på at udbrede sine softwareløsninger og vækste SaaS forretningen. Det er kernen i Dataproces vækststrategi. Vi har i perioden – siden halvårsregnskabet blev opgjort pr. 31. oktober, oplevet en vækst i vores SaaS indtægter på mere end 120%.

Company announcement no. 13: Dataproces adjusts the expectations for the financial year 2020/2021
In Dataproces, the revenue in the last 4 months of the financial year traditionally amounts to between 60-70% of the revenue for the entire year. The extension of the COVID-19 shutdown from November/December to January/February means, that a large part of the Data Analyzes – that our consulting business would normally deliver in this current half year, are postponed to the next financial year due to the fact, that our customers prioritize being physical present to ensure an efficient start-up.
The postponed projects also mean, that the expectation of the revenue for the current financial year regarding to the consulting business is significantly reduced. The consulting business still accounts for the largest part of the expected revenue, and therefore we announce, that we will be downgrading the expectations for the financial year 2020/21.
The expectations for revenue for 2020/21 are adjusted to DKK 15-20 million from the announced DKK 35 million and the expectations for EBITDA are adjusted to between DKK -4 million and -7 million from DKK 2.2 million.
Meanwhile Dataproces is working hard and focused on expanding the software solutions and increasing the SaaS business. This is the core of Dataproces’ growth strategy. In the period, since the half-year accounts were calculated per. October 31, we have experienced a growth in our revenue related to the SaaS business of more than 120%.
