Sunborn London Oyj – Extraordinary redemption of Bonds
Nordic Trustee AS (the “Bond Trustee”) acts as Bond Trustee for the above mentioned bond issue issued by Sunborn London Oyj (the “Issuer”) pursuant to the bond terms dated 22nd of September 2016 and as amended by an amendment agreement dated 30th of April 2020 and by an amendment and restatement agreement dated 22ndof January 2021 (the “Bond Terms”).
All capitalised terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Bond Terms. References to Clauses and paragraphs are references to Clauses and paragraphs of the Bond Terms.
In accordance with paragraph b) of Clause 10.1 of the Bond Terms, the Issuer will redeem Bonds as follows:
Redemption amount: EUR 5,000,000.-
Redemption price: 100% of the Nominal Amount plus accrued, but unpaid interest
Record date: 15th of February 2021 (end of business)
Settlement date: 17th of February 2021
