For at styrke vores fokus på det nordamerikanske marked har FOM Technologies etableret et amerikansk datterselskab i Palo Alto – Silicon Valley.
CEO – Michael Stadi forklarer: ”For at overholde lovgivningsmæssige regler for at drive forretning i USA, har vi besluttet at oprette et amerikansk datterselskab. Med kunde interesse fra forskellige områder i USA, har vi diskuteret den geografiske placering. På grund af den tætte forbindelse til vores strategiske partnerskabs universitet i Seattle – The University of Washington, har vi besluttet at placere vores datterselskab i Palo Alto i hjertet af Silicon Valley på Vestkysten af USA”. Copenhagen, the 29th of January 2021
To strengthen our focus in the North American market, FOM Technologies has established a US subsidiary in Palo Alto – Silicon Valley.
CEO – Michael Stadi explains: “To comply with regulatory rules of doing business in US, we have decided to establish a US subsidiary. With customer interest from various areas in the US, we have discussed the geographical location. Due to close relations to our strategic partnership in Seattle – The University of Washington, we have decided to locate our subsidiary in Palo Alto at the heart of Silicon Valley on the west coast of US”. The FOM US subsidiary will create a platform to increase business opportunities and R/D co-operation projects with US entities.
