Allocation of shares in Share program for employees and board members

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Nekkar ASA (the “Company”) on 12 October 2020 regarding the Share program for employees and board members in the Nekkar Group.
The Company has completed the subscription and the board of directors has resolved the issuance of 707 051 new shares under the program. The price for each share will be NOK 4,00 which reflects the volume-weighted 10 days average trading price in the period up to 23 October 2020, less 30% as the shares will have a three-year lock-up period.
Upon completion, primary insiders of the Company have subscribed for the following shareholdings:

Trym Skeie, Chairman of the board, 104 971. Following this transaction, Trym Skeie holds 428 111 shares in person, 804 828 through Skeie Alpha Equity AS and 250 000 through Skeie Alpha Invest AS. Total of 1 482 939 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Marit Solberg, Member of the board, 73 479. Following this transaction, Marit Solberg holds an amount of 73 479 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Preben Liltved, Interim CEO, 74 979. Following this transaction, Preben Liltved holds an amount of 74 979 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Mette Harv, EVP New business, 149 958. Following this transaction, Mette Harv holds an amount of 229 958 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Stig Trydal, CEO Intellilift, 62 482. Following this transaction, Stig Trydal holds an amount of 62 482 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Anne-Line Aagedal, Business Controller, 24 993. Following this transaction, Anne-Line Aagedal holds an amount of 24 993 shares in Nekkar ASA.
Anita Greve, Finance Manager, 3 749. Following this transaction, Anita Greve holds an amount of 4 985 shares in Nekkar ASA.
