Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act
Loihde Plc (“Company”) has on 1 October 2026 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta, according to which Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta’s holding of the shares and votes of the Company increased above 10.00 percent on 1 October 2026.
According to the notification, Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta holds a total of 644,000 shares corresponding to 10.02 percent of the Company’s shares and votes. The Company has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote.

Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 10 pykälän mukainen ilmoitus omistusosuuden muutoksesta
Loihde Oyj (“Yhtiö”) on 1.10.2026 vastaanottanut Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunnan arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 10 §:n mukaisen ilmoituksen, jonka mukaan Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunnan omistusosuus Yhtiön osakkeista ja äänistä nousi yli 10,00 prosentin 1.10.2026.
Ilmoituksen mukaan Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta omistaa suoraan yhteensä 644 000 osaketta, mikä vastaa 10,02 prosenttia Yhtiön osakkeista ja äänistä. Yhtiöllä on yksi osakesarja, jossa kullakin osakkeella on yksi ääni.
