Investor nyhed nr. 42/2026: Samarbejdet med Lexis & Rother skaber endnu en tysk rådgivningsaftale
Dataproces har gennem samarbejdet med Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft indgået en aftale med endnu en tysk kommune om udarbejdelse af en skoleudviklingsplan.
Opgaven omfatter skoleudviklingsplanlægning for kommunens seks grundskoler og to videregående skoler. Dataproces skal blandt andet udarbejde fremskrivninger af elevtalsudviklingen og gennemføre en faglig vurdering af den fremtidige udvikling på kommunens skoleområde. Skoleudviklingsplanen skal leveres inden udgangen af 2026 og skal efterfølgende indgå i kommunens politiske behandling og videre planlægning.
Aftalen er endnu et konkret salg, der udspringer af Dataproces’ strategiske partnerskab med og overtagelse af aktiviteter fra Lexis & Rother. Som led i samarbejdet overtager Dataproces udførelsen af fremtidige opgaver inden for skoleudviklings-, dagtilbuds- og kapacitetsplanlægning, mens Lexis & Rother bidrager med faglige kompetencer, erfaring og relationer på det tyske kommunemarked.
De nye rådgivningsopgaver bidrager med selvstændig omsætning og giver samtidig Dataproces adgang til nye kommunale kunder og større indsigt i deres behov. Det understøtter selskabets langsigtede ambition om at opbygge en stærkere rådgivnings- og softwareforretning på det tyske marked.
Administrerende direktør i Dataproces, Kasper Lund Nødgaard, udtaler:

Aftalen ændrer ikke Dataproces’ offentliggjorte guidance for regnskabsåret 2026/27.

Investor News No. 42/2026: Collaboration with Lexis & Rother leads to another German consulting agreement
Through its collaboration with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, Dataproces has entered into an agreement with another German municipality to prepare a school development plan.
The assignment covers school development planning for the municipality’s six primary schools and two secondary schools. Among other things, Dataproces will prepare projections of future student numbers and conduct a professional assessment of the future development of the municipality’s school sector. The school development plan is to be delivered by the end of 2026 and will subsequently form part of the municipality’s political decision-making process and further planning.
The agreement represents another concrete sale resulting from Dataproces’ strategic partnership with, and acquisition of activities from, Lexis & Rother. As part of the collaboration, Dataproces will take over the execution of future assignments within school development planning, childcare planning and capacity planning, while Lexis & Rother will contribute professional expertise, experience and relationships in the German municipal market.
The new consulting assignments generate revenue in their own right while also providing Dataproces with access to new municipal customers and deeper insight into their needs. This supports the company’s long-term ambition to build a stronger consulting and software business in the German market.

The agreement does not change Dataproces’ previously announced guidance for the 2026/27 financial year.
