Financial summary 1 January – 30 June 2026
Rental Income for the reporting period was 1.863 MEUR (1.760 MEUR). Rental income in EUR was slightly affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Operating costs were in line with the previous year.
During H1 2026, the company made a repayment of EUR 0.600 million, and the outstanding nominal value of bond on 30 June 2026 was EUR 22.525 million.
Book value of the yacht hotel as of 30 June 2026 approximates the fair value of the yacht hotel based on income approach using discounted cash flow analyses. The fair value of the Yacht hotel is 49.9 MEUR based on the latest valuation report dated 2025.
Notable events during and after the end of the reporting period
The maturity of Sunborn London Oyj senior secured bond is extended until 5 February 2027 and the Company is preparing for the refinancing of its bond during 2026.
Estimated future development
Management believes the property will continue successful operations and Sunborn London Oyj’s financial performance and debt service capacity to remain stable.

Sunborn London Oyj – Taloudellinen katsaus 1.1. – 30.6.2026
Vuokratuotot raportointikaudelta olivat vuokrasopimuksen mukaisesti 1,863 miljoonaa euroa (1,760 miljoonaa). Valuuttakurssien vaihtelut vaikuttivat hieman euromääräisiin vuokratuottoihin. Kulut olivat ennusteen mukaiset.
Vuoden 2026 ensimmäisellä vuosipuoliskolla yhtiö lyhensi joukkovelkakirjalainaansa 0,600 miljoonalla eurolla. Joukkovelkakirjalainan ulkona oleva nimellisarvo oli 30.6.2026 yhteensä 22,525 miljoonaa euroa.
Laivahotellin käypä arvo 30.6.2026 vastaa sen diskontattuihin kassavirtoihin perustuvaa kirjanpitoarvoa. Laivahotellin käypä arvo on 49,9 miljoonaa euroa viimeisimmän vuodelta 2025 olevan arviokirjan mukaan.
Merkittävät tapahtumat raportointikaudella ja sen jälkeen
Sunborn London Oyj:n joukkovelkakirjalainan eräpäivää on pidennetty 5. helmikuuta 2027 asti ja yhtiö valmistautuu joukkovelkakirjalainan uudelleenrahoitukseen vuoden 2026 aikana.
Arvio tulevasta kehityksestä
Yhtiön johto uskoo, että kiinteistö jatkaa menestyksekästä liiketoimintaa ja Sunborn London Oyj:n taloudellisen tuloksen ja velanhoitokyvyn säilyvän vakaana.
