Scanfil Share Subscriptions with Stock Options 2022BI
By 11 June 2026, a total of 3 000 Scanfil Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2022BI. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2022BI, the entire subscription price of EUR 23,430.00 will be credited to the reserve for the company’s invested unrestricted equity.
The shares subscribed for with the stock options 2022BI have been registered in the Trade Register on 17 July 2026. The new shares will produce shareholder rights for their shareholders from the date of registration. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 65,738,493.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 20 July 2026.
The share subscription period for stock options 2022BI began on 1 May 2026 and ends on 30 April 2028.

Scanfilin osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2022BI
Scanfil Oyj optio-oikeuksilla 2022BI on 11.6.2026 mennessä merkitty yhteensä 3 000 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla 2022BI tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 23 430,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 17.7.2026. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen Scanfil Oyj:n osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 65,738,493 osaketta.
Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä päälistalla yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 20.7.2026 alkaen.
Merkintäaika optio-oikeuksilla 2022BI alkoi 1.5.2026 ja päättyy 30.4.2028.
