Change in Reka Industrial Plc’s own B shares held by the company
According to the decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 24.4.2026 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 13,041 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.5.2026-30.4.2027. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 11,484 own B shares after this assignment.

Muutos Reka Industrial Oyj:n omien osakkeiden omistuksessa
Reka Industrial Oyj on luovuttanut varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 24.4.2026 päätöksen mukaisesti yhtiön hallituksen jäsenille kaudelta 1.5.2026-30.4.2027 yhteensä 13 041 yhtiön hallussa olevaa omaa B-sarjan osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin osana hallituksen vuosipalkkioita.
Osakkeiden luovuttamisen jälkeen Reka Industrial Oyj:n hallussa on 11 484 omaa B-sarjan osaketta.
