Scanfil Share Subscriptions with Stock Options 2019C
By 12 March 2026, a total of 50,000 Scanfil Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2019C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2019C, the entire subscription price of EUR 368,500.00 will be credited to the reserve for the company’s invested unrestricted equity.
The shares subscribed for with the stock options 2019C have been registered in the Trade Register on 8 April 2026. The new shares will produce shareholder rights for their shareholders from the date of registration. After the trade registration the total number of shares is 65,592.493.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 9 April 2026.
The share subscription period for stock options 2019C began on 1 May 2024 ends on 30 April 2026.

Scanfilin osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2019C
Scanfil Oyj optio-oikeuksilla 2019C on 12.3.2026 mennessä merkitty yhteensä 50 000 yhtiön uutta osaketta sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon. Optio-oikeuksilla 2019C tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 368 500,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 8.4.2026. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen Scanfil Oyj:n osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 65 592 493 osaketta.
Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä päälistalla yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 9.4.2026 alkaen.
Merkintäaika optio-oikeuksilla 2019C alkoi 1.5.2024 ja päättyy 30.4.2026.
