Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 7/2026 – Ophør af Market Maker-aftale
Vi meddeler hermed, at vores aftale om Market Maker ophører pr. 31. marts 2026 som følge af fusionen mellem Spar Nord og Nykredit.
Det er besluttet, at selskabet fortsætter uden indgåelse af en ny Market Maker-aftale efter denne dato.
Ophøret af aftalen forventes ikke at have væsentlig indflydelse på selskabets drift.

Company Announcement No. 7/2026 – Termination of Market Maker Agreement
We hereby announce that our Market Maker agreement will be terminated as of 31 March 2026 as a result of the merger between Spar Nord and Nykredit.
It has been decided that the company will continue without entering into a new Market Maker Agreement after this date.
The termination of the agreement is not expected to have a significant impact on the company’s operations.
